We are pleased to be able to offer you complimentary appointments with our treatment coordinator team led by Joanna Kettle. The team are available to discuss your dental needs and assign you to the best members of our team to enable you to achieve your objectives. By taking time to understand your specific requirements we can tailor the solutions offered to your personal requirements.
Joanna and her team will be your first point of contact with and questions during your treatment and will monitor your progress to ensure that you are progressing as expected. Joanna understands the importance of listening to the individual needs of a patient and enjoys discussing all aspects of dental treatment. “I was given lots of information and time to think, and knowing this would be a forever decision, I gave it much thought.” New patients will be invited to a Comprehensive assessment appointment which is also the first step to becoming a member of the Practice
Treatments
Comprehensive Assessment
Our comprehensive assessment appointment is designed to give you a thorough understanding of your current situation and your dental health. Your appointment follows a 35 point assessment and will take up to 1 hour. The appointment will include:
An oral cancer screening
Any necessary xrays
Photographs
Assessment of your gum health
Assessment of your teeth health
During the assessment, we examine your teeth to look for signs of wear, damage, dental decay and any previous dental work. Once the appointment is completed the dentist will discuss your risk profile and prescribe the best membership plan to suit your needs. Any necessary treatment will be discussed if time allows or a further appointment arranged either with the dentist or a treatment coordinator.
